Free Conditioning

Description

Conditioning starts 3/3/24 and will run every Sunday except Easter until 6/2/24. Conditioning is free to everyone and not mandatory. However we recommend participating as much as possible. You do not need to be registered with the program to participate. Those who do register with the Jr. Herd program will be issued helmets as they come in and will be asked to wear them at conditioning for early acclimation. Something new for the 2024 season. Conditioning will take place at Elk Grove High School on the practice field. This is the field just east of the Stadium. We hope to see as many of you as possible. This will be cheer and football conditioning.
